According to Shastras- ਧਰਮ (Righteousness), ਅਰਥ (Meaning), ਕਾਮ (Lust), ਮੋਕ (Diarrhea).

According to Buddha there are 16 blessings.

According to other Hindu Scriptures there are 6 blessings.

There are three qualities of Maya;

These are interconnected, interrelated and interdependent with the three vital forces of the body.

These are sativa, rajas and tamas.

1.      Sativa includes equilibrium, goodness, truth, compassion, stillness and peace.

2.      Rajas include thinking, planning and taking decisions.

3.      Tamas include greed, anger, jealousy, and laziness.
